CHENG-CHEN CHEN : primitive .Frank Scott: How long did it take you to design this particular concept?. CHENG-CHEN CHEN : 2 months .Frank Scott: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?. CHENG-CHEN CHEN : Integration of catering culture and interior design. .Frank Scott: What made you design this particular type of work?. CHENG-CHEN CHEN : In order to shorten the distance with guests, the design breaks the traditional image of Japanese sushi bar. No more refrigerator on the counter, a large French window is installed at the entrance to unveil the mysterious of Japanese cuisine. .Frank Scott: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?. CHENG-CHEN CHEN : Without magnified lines and intensified colors, the wall is decorated with graphs and lines, which creates the ambiance at coastal reef. The whole design makes the guests enjoy the original taste of food. .Frank Scott: What is the most unique aspect of your design?. CHENG-CHEN CHEN : The design of wooden base and a clear gray quartz walls. .
